Dmx is accused of taking someones identity

Dmx(Earl Simmons)failed to pay 7,500 of hospitial expenses and used Troy Jones name and social security to cover the payments he owed. The desicion to what will happen to him has not yet been determined. But the desicion will not be easy due to past crimes he has committed.
